Recommended dosage
Adults:
2 times a day 6 to 12 tablets. New users with no experience of use: start at a dose of 3 tablets 2 times a day and gradually increase the dose after a week.
Children from 3 years:
1 to 4 tablets per day. Take ideally 15 to 30 minutes before meals.
Drink enough (min. 2 dcl of liquid). Increased fluid intake is recommended during use.

Not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients. If you are taking medication to reduce blood clotting, consult your doctor about the appropriateness of use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
