Once paired, the tracker appears in the Apple Find My or Google Find Hub app, where you can view its location on a map and get directions to your missing item. If it is nearby, you can also trigger an audio alert to find it by sound.
Nearby devices help you find your items
When searching, you do not have to rely only on your own phone's Bluetooth range. AlzaGuard Hero Universal Tag uses the respective Apple or Google search network, which connects other compatible devices nearby. With their help, you can pinpoint the position of the tag and view it in the app, which also shows its last recorded location in case the tag is currently offline.
Sound alerts and navigation to help you find your things
Know your keys or backpack are somewhere in the house, but cannot find them? If your AlzaGuard Hero Universal Tag tracking tag is nearby, simply trigger the sound alert in the app and follow the sound to find your item. If you lose something outdoors, you can view its location on a map and navigate directly to it.
- Android – displays the route to the lost item, and at distances under approximately 10m, a graphic indicator appears that gradually fills up as you get closer.
- Apple – displays the location of the lost item on a map and offers direct navigation to its position.
