The APC Easy UPS BV 800VA (SCHUKO) backup power features the Line interactive design approach. Off-line is classified as the simplest form if the electricity is interrupted because it connects to the battery and disconnects from the mains power. The line interactive UPS also adds power protection to guard against dangerous surges travelling along data lines.
