Apple HomeView combines a smart display, a voice assistant and an Apple Home hub. On the 7″ Liquid Retina display, you can control lights, thermostats, locks, cameras, scenes and automations, watch live feeds from up to nine cameras at once, and check on your home at a glance.
A personalised experience for everyone
HomeView uses facial recognition to identify up to six household members, displaying a personalised home screen, widgets and content for each of them. Messages, Calendar or Reminders only appear for the recognised user when their paired iPhone or iPad is nearby and has been recently unlocked.
Siri AI and Apple Intelligence
The A18 chip powers Siri AI, offering more natural conversations, web-based knowledge, an understanding of on-screen content and – when paired with a compatible iPhone or iPad – personal context from your apps. Activate Siri with your voice or a simple gesture from the top of the display.
FaceTime and home communication
The 12MP camera with Centre Stage keeps you perfectly in frame during FaceTime calls, even when you move around. Four microphones capture your voice from across the room and filter out background noise. Use Intercom to send voice messages to other HomeView devices, HomePods, iPhones, iPads and Apple Watch.
Spatial audio and entertainment
Two full-range drivers in the display, a downward-firing subwoofer and a pair of passive radiators in the base deliver rich, room-filling sound with support for spatial audio and Dolby Atmos. Real-time computational audio adjusts volume and bass response, while AirPlay lets you connect HomeView to other speakers in a multiroom system.
Elegant desktop design
The 7-inch display connects to an aluminium dome base via a stainless steel hinge, letting you smoothly adjust the tilt angle. True Tone and automatic brightness from 0.3 to 500 nits optimise the screen for daylight or your bedside table. The desktop HomeView comes in four colours and includes a colour-matched USB-C cable and a 30W adapter in the box.
