The ARCTIC Freezer 36 CO uses a push-pull configuration and an aluminium top plate, which conceals the heat pipe ends for a clean look inside your PC build. The design contributes to efficient heat dissipation while highlighting the cooler's technical craftsmanship. The cooler uses proven P-series fans, designed for dense heatsink fins and radiators. Thanks to their high static pressure, they provide a significantly better airflow through the fins than fans optimised for airflow alone.

Durable design with effective airflow
The fans, equipped with dual Japanese ball bearings, ensure long-term resistance to heat, dust, and vibration, enabling stable operation in continuous mode. The open side design of the heatsink also promotes the intake of additional air from the case, so the fan can dissipate heat more effectively and maintain even cooling.
Support for a wide range of platforms
The Freezer 36 has been tested and validated by Intel for the i9-13900K/KF, i9-14900K/KF, and i9-13900KS processors, including assembly with the contact frame and an evaluation of its cooling efficiency. It also offers broad compatibility with Intel and AMD sockets, and its full support for the LGA1851 platform ensures it can be used with Arrow Lake processors.

The standard ILM mechanism puts over 40kg of pressure on the processor at two points, which can cause the PCB, the chip itself, and the solder layer under the IHS to deform. The ARCTIC frame reduces mechanical stress, prevents CPU deformation, and lets you mount the cooler directly to the backplate, which stabilises performance and simplifies installation.
Improved fan mounting system
The fans are attached directly to the cooler using a click-in system, with no need for metal clips. This makes installation and any future replacement easier, even when the cooler is already mounted on the motherboard. The design is compatible with most 120mm fans.
