Armolipid Plus is a dietary supplement containing Berberis aristata dry extract, red fermented rice, policosanol, acidulant, coenzyme Q10 and astaxanthin. Along with an appropriate diet, it helps to control plasma cholesterol and triglycerides.
Armolipid Plus
Cholesterol is produced in the liver and is present in all cells of the body. In addition to physiologically produced cholesterol, dietary cholesterol can also be present in the human body. Triglycerides are mainly found in the diet and partly come from the liver's metabolism of carbohydrates. If cholesterol and triglycerides are present in excess in the body, they can be harmful, especially to the cardiovascular system. Therefore, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle (for example, physical activity, avoiding alcohol, nicotine and stress) and eating a balanced diet.
Active ingredients
- Berberis aristata dry extract contained in Armolipid Plus helps control plasma cholesterol and triglycerides when combined with an appropriate diet.
- Red yeast rice is produced by fermenting rice (Oryza sativa) with the yeast strain Monascus purpureus. Fermented red | rice contains Monacolin K, a natural product that has a chemical structure belonging to the group of statins involved in cholesterol metabolism. Its activity is dependent on the amount of dose administered.
- A dry extract obtained from the bark of Berberis aristata, a shrub naturally found in the Himalayas and Nepal, is standardized in berberine and has a beneficial effect on controlling plasma cholesterol and triglycerides, thereby supporting the cardiovascular system.
- Polycosanol is a mixture of natural fatty alcohols contained in the waxy matrix of sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum), rice bran (Oryza sativa) and beeswax (Apis mellifera).
- Folic acid contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Homocysteine is a naturally occurring substance in the body that is produced by the metabolism of the amino acid methionine, which is produced in the body during a normal diet. The formed | homocysteine is then converted back to methionine. If this conversion process does not occur, or if it occurs only partially, unconverted homocysteine accumulates in the body and can have a harmful effect on certain organs, especially the cardiovascular system. Armolipid Plus contains the physiological daily dose of folic acid.
- Coenzyme Q10 is a physiological part of our body and is involved in oxidation-reduction reactions in the synthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
- Astaxanthin is a substance synthesized by the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis and plays an important role in oxidation-reduction reactions.

Recommended dosage
One tablet per day. If you have difficulty swallowing, divide the tablet in half and take with a glass of water.
