The board uses an LGA1851 socket and the Intel H810 chipset, providing support for Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors. Two DDR5 memory slots accommodate a total capacity of up to 128GB. Depending on the installed processor, the memory frequency in OC mode reaches up to 7200MT/s (with Core Ultra 200S Plus) or 6400MT/s (with Core Ultra 200S). The Dual-Channel architecture, along with Intel XMP and ASUS AEMP II profiles, helps to optimise the memory subsystem's performance.
Expansion slots and storage
One PCIe 4.0 ×16 slot is ready for a graphics card. You can install another expansion card, such as a sound or network card, into the PCIe 4.0 ×1 slot. For connecting storage devices, the board has 2 M.2 slots for fast NVMe SSDs. The first slot operates in PCIe 4.0 ×4 mode and the second in PCIe 4.0 ×2 mode. Traditional hard drives and SSDs use 4 SATA III (6Gb/s) ports.
Connectivity and networking
The rear I/O panel includes 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, 4 USB 2.0 ports, 1 HDMI 2.1 port, and 2 DisplayPort 1.4 ports. This combination supports up to 3 monitors with 4K resolution at 60Hz. Internal headers provide connectivity expansion to the case's front panel for additional USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and also USB-C ports with Power Delivery support (5V/3A). A gigabit ethernet port with a Realtek controller handles network connection.
Sound, cooling, and special features
A 7.1-channel Realtek HD audio codec handles the sound. For system cooling control, the board integrates one CPU fan header and two system fan headers. You can customise the visual aspect of your build with three addressable Gen 2 RGB headers and Aura Sync software. The ASUS 5X PROTECTION III suite of protective technologies, including DIGI+ VRM and the reinforced SafeSlot Core+, increases operational stability and component lifespan. Q-Design features make system assembly and diagnostics easier.
