Store your favourite AAA games at lightning speed
The TUF Gaming A2 boasts a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 connection that supports data transfer speeds of up to 20Gbps, making it twice as fast as the TUF Gaming A1 model. Even though the latest AAA titles are often larger than 100GB, transferring an entire game from your library to a console like the ROG Ally or any other popular gaming platform takes just 90 seconds.
Dual M.2 interfaces and M.2 Q-Latch
The TUF Gaming A2 is equipped with both PCIe NVMe and SATA interfaces and can accommodate various 2242/2260/2280 SSD form factors, offering up to 4TB of storage capacity. The innovative Q-Latch mechanism makes it easy to install or remove an M.2 SSD without any tools. The latch uses a simple locking mechanism to secure the drive, so no screws are needed for fastening.
Durable and ready for anything
The TUF Gaming A2 is subjected to a series of tests, including a 1.22-metre drop and exposure to water and dust, to ensure it meets the stringent U.S. MIL-STD-810H and IP68 standards. Its shock-absorbing silicone rubber exterior and internal cooling pad enhance durability and improve heat dissipation. This guarantees reliable performance and a longer lifespan. The TUF Gaming A2 can withstand water, dust, and dirt, and can be submerged to a depth of 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes, ensuring reliable performance even in the most demanding environments.
Silicone rubber outer layer
The case's high-quality silicone surface absorbs shocks and resists extreme temperatures, helping to ensure consistent performance in any climate. It protects against UV radiation, rain, and dust, and even protects data from static electricity and electrical discharges. Plus, its ribbed design provides a comfortable grip on the go. The highly conductive internal cooling pad has a K-value of 3, which enables it to efficiently dissipate heat, prevent overheating, and ensure long-term reliability.
Play and create across different platforms
The TUF Gaming A2 ensures seamless compatibility with Windows 11 PCs, macOS, mobile devices, and the latest consoles like the ROG Ally, PlayStation 5, and Xbox. Enjoy lightning-fast transfers, efficient handling of large files, and quicker loading times for a better gaming experience. The TUF Gaming A2 is also ideal for creators who need to store large files. The TUF Gaming A2 can handle any adventure.
