The Black+Decker BXOV4500E mini oven is designed for baking, grilling and rotisserie cooking in homes or holiday cottages where there isn't space for a conventional oven. With an internal capacity of 45 litres and a power output of 2000W, it can handle even larger meals. It has a wide temperature range from 100 to 230°C and 15 cooking functions, including a fan and a rotisserie for preparing grilled chicken. It's operated mechanically using a rotary dial.

A wide range of cooking options
Thanks to the combination of top and bottom heating elements, a fan and a rotisserie, the mini oven adapts to a variety of recipes. It has a total of 15 cooking functions that let you bake cakes, prepare pasta bakes, grill meat or cook a whole chicken on the rotisserie. The 45-litre interior provides enough space for larger dishes. The package also includes all the necessary accessories, including a baking tray, a grill rack and a complete rotisserie set.
Intuitive controls and a timer
The oven is operated mechanically using the rotary dial on the front panel. This lets you easily set the desired temperature, select a cooking function and activate the timer with a 90-minute limit. When the set time is up, an audible signal alerts you that your food is ready. For recipes that require a longer baking time, the 'STAY ON' function keeps the oven running without a time limit until you switch it off manually.
Safety features and easy maintenance
Safe operation was also a key consideration in the design. The oven has a double-glazed door, which improves thermal insulation and reduces the temperature of the outer glass. The exterior surface also protects you from burns. An illuminated indicator lets you know when the oven has reached the set temperature. Cleaning is made easier by a removable crumb tray that catches any dirt and food residue.
