Use
Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of fatigue resulting from time difference (jet lag). The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 0.49mg of melatonin, which should be used shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several subsequent days after arrival at the destination. The package contains 83 doses.

Not intended for long-term use. Not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product contains natural plant-based ingredients and therefore slight variations in colour or fine sedimentation may occur. However, these natural changes do not affect the quality of the product.
Storage
Store at room temperature, in an upright position and protected from light. Best before: 12 months at a temperature up to 20°C.
