How do the individual lights work?
- Red light (630 + 660nm) – supports collagen production, improves skin and accelerates healing
- Near-infrared light (810 + 830 + 850nm) – penetrates deeper, stimulates muscles, joints and regeneration
- Blue light (450nm) – has antibacterial effects, helps fight acne

How does it work?

Red light
(620–700nm) – acts mainly on the surface of the body:
