Can a built-in oven combined with a microwave replace a standalone microwave?
Yes, it can fully replace it. A combination appliance handles heating and defrosting just as well as a regular microwave, while also saving kitchen space. It's ideal for quick meal prep — combining hot air and microwaves, for instance, shortens cooking time.
What is the difference between a standard, steam, added steam, and combi steam oven?
An added steam oven is a classic oven that releases pulses of steam during baking, keeping food juicy inside and crispy outside. A combi steam oven has a full steam generator, letting you cook with pure steam or combine steam with hot air. The term "steam oven" is often used for appliances that cook only with steam and have no conventional heating element.
Dimensions of the oven interior/trays?
A standard oven (60 cm high) has an interior volume of roughly 60–75 liters, with trays around 46 × 37 cm. Compact ovens (45 cm high) have a smaller volume, about 45–50 liters, and correspondingly narrower trays.
Why should I want a steam oven?
Cooking with steam is healthier, since it preserves vitamins and minerals, keeps food's color and flavor intact, and leaves meat especially juicy. It's also great for reheating leftovers, which end up tasting fresh again.
What is the difference between a compact and a standard oven?

I don't see any steam inside the steam oven.
That's completely normal. At high temperatures, steam is invisible since it's a colorless gas. It only becomes visible as mist once it cools down, for example when the door is opened.
Why is air blowing between the door and the control panel?
That's the cooling fan at work. Its job is to cool the electronics and the space between the door's glass panes, keeping the control panel from overheating and protecting nearby furniture from heat damage.
