The Bose Soundlink Plus Bluetooth speaker is big enough to deliver bass, yet still portable. It offers a distinctive, resonant sound and a durable exterior. Designed to deliver bass without excessive volume, SoundLink Plus is engineered with the ideal size-to-sound ratio in mind. It resists weather and drops and has the battery life to play in any circumstance. The durable and ready exterior of SoundLink Plus is dustproof and waterproof (IP67 rated), plus shockproof and corrosion resistant. A powder-coated steel grille with soft silicone means the speaker is ready to deliver music anytime, anywhere. The portable size of the speaker means you can throw it in your backpack and change the vibe whenever you want. SoudLink Plus can pair up to 6 devices in its memory. To clear the list of paired devices, turn on the speaker and press and hold the Bluetooth button for 15 seconds. You can also remove paired devices from the Bose app in the product settings.

Take your sound to the next level
Connect two SoundLink Plus speakers or pair them with another compatible Bose portable speaker to further enhance the group atmosphere. Stereo mode allows you to listen tobalanced and balanced sound from each source, while Party mode powerfully plays the same sound simultaneously. Easily adjust the sound to your liking with the adjustable equalizer in the Bose app. Increase the bass, balance the treble and listen the way you want.
Party mode
Party mode lets you connect two Bose Bluetooth speakers and play sound in perfect sync. The function requires two Bose Bluetooth speakers with a shortcut button (can be a combination) from the list: SoundLink Micro (2. generation), SoundLink Flex (2. generation), SoundLink Plus or SoundLink Max. When using two different speaker models, Party mode may be the only available option. Party mode can be started using the product controls. The volume of the speakers can be controlled independently. You can only connect to one other device at a time.
Stereo mode
Stereo mode allows you to unlock a stereo sound experience, with the left and right speakers playing separately. A second SoundLink Plus is required to use stereo mode with the SoundLink Plus speaker. When connecting two SoundLink Plus speakers using the shortcut button, stereo mode will be the default setting. You can switch between stereo and Party mode with a single press of the shortcut button on the product or in the Bose app using the switcher.
Up to 20 hours of operation and portable design
Up to 20 hours of battery life on the Bose Soundlink Plus Bluetooth speaker means you'll be ready to listen to any moment for as long as it lasts. Keep your phone charged by directly connecting to the USB-C charging port of the speaker - so keeping power is no problem. Big enough for bass and portable enough to enhance any atmosphere. Throw them in your backpack or clip them on with the carrying loop.
Shortcuts and their programming
Shortcuts are managed through the Bose app. Allows you to configure the programmable shortcut button settings on the SoundLink Plus. If your SoundLink Plus is new, the factory shortcut is set to link, allowing you to use the button to link two speakers to Bose using the shortcut button. You can change the shortcut button to link to your Spotify account to trigger music at the touch of a button, trigger the voice assistant or use other options that may be available with future firmware updates via the Bose app.
Water resistance
The Bose Soundlink Plus Bluetooth speaker floats, but is not designed for use in water. SoundLink Plus is designed to withstand accidental drops in water for up to 30 minutes. If directly exposed to salt or chlorinated water, rinse with fresh water and allow to dry thoroughly before use. If the product is immersed in water during playback (e.g. drop it in the pool), the Bluetooth connection is lost almost immediately. It is possible that the product will automatically reconnect to the Bluetooth device it was connected to when removed from the water, but this is not guaranteed. If the product is completely saturated with water, the sound may initially sound crackly or distorted. It will eventually resolve itself by either shaking it, blowing on it, or playing the sound at a high enough level.
Charging via speaker
You can also charge other devices with the SoundLink Plus USB-C charging feature. The Bose Soundlink Plus Bluetooth speaker supports 15W (5V/3A) charging, which charges typical mobile phones and tablets. Larger devices such as laptops and power banks do not need to be charged due to their power requirements. For information on whether your device can be charged from a 15W USB-C power supply, please refer to your device's user manual.

Warning:
If dirt gets into the charging port or other parts of the SoundLink Plus, gently rinse them with clean water or compressed air. Make sure the charging ports are thoroughly dry before charging. Wipe larger external surfaces clean with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning products and allow SoundLink Plus to dry before use. SoundLink Plus floats but is not designed for use in water. The power supplied by the charger must be within the specified W range to achieve maximum charging speed. Power adapter is not included.
Number of channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home theaters indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in X format. Y (e. g. 2.0, 5.1).
