Why we chose active forms of B vitamins
BrainMax Activated B-Complex contains vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P), vitamin B9 in the form of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. These are the biologically active forms of these vitamins, which are naturally present in the human body. That is why we built the formula on these forms and supplemented it with other carefully selected substances.

Why this complex is different
A regular B-complex contains B vitamins and that's it. This one has six extra ingredients. The main one is 100mg of choline in the branded form VitaCholine. Then there's a full daily dose of liposomal vitamin C, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. And coenzyme Q10, alpha-lipoic acid, inositol and trimethylglycine – substances that supplement B vitamins in the body.
