Astaxanthin and Vitamin E
Astaxanthin is a natural pigment from the carotenoid group, found in certain microalgae and marine organisms. It is part of this food supplement due to its unique properties. Along with it, the product also contains vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. This vitamin is present here in the form of tocopherols, which are natural compounds commonly found in vegetable oils. Antioxidants like vitamin E play an important role in the body by helping to protect cells from the effects of free radicals, which are formed naturally in the metabolism and also due to the external environment.
