Cat's claw or Cat's claw is native to the Amazon and Central American rainforests. The cat's claw earned its name because of its spines, which resemble cat claws. Both the thorns and the root are used for medicinal purposes. It contains phenolic acids, alkaloids and flavonoids. Yarrow supports the body's natural defences. In addition, Cats Claw is beneficial for joint problems such as rheumatoid arthritis. When the tincture is in a 1:3 ratio with a 25% alcohol content, this means that for 1 part of the herbal extract there are 3 parts of the total solution (alcohol and water).

Cat's claw is a liana found in tropical areas of South and Central America and the Amazon rainforest. Traditionally, it has been used by the indigenous tribes of the South American rainforest to deal with a wide variety of annoyances. It promotes joint health and strengthens the immune system. The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice.
Benefits of herbal tinctures
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.
