Ginger, together with cinnamon, is one of the so-called warming spices. It contains a wide range of many vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, manganese and vitamins C and B6.In addition, ginger promotes vitality, energy and the normal condition of bones, muscles and joints. It is characterized by a strong but pleasant aroma and a sharper taste that will warm you up. The 1:1 tincture is packed in dark bottles, thus sufficiently protected from light.
Pure Ginger, tincture
Ginger is one of the so-called warming spices. It contains a wide variety of many vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, manganese, in addition to vitamin C and B6. It contains the bioactive compound gingerol. This is an active ingredient that helps soothe the stomach. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice. When the tincture is in a 1:1 ratio, it means that for 1 part of the herb there is 1 part of the total solution (alcohol and water).

Maceration of herbs
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. The highest quality plants are selected for the tincture and after thorough cleansing they are slowly infused in 45% alcohol. Tinctures are much more concentrated than herbal decoctions alone, making their effects more noticeable in a shorter period of time. Moreover, thanks to the alcohol content, they have a long shelf life and can last for several years if stored properly. The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice.
Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.

The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. It does not contain caffeine, gluten, preservatives, colourings or sugar.
