Quercetin is a flavonoid that helps regulate immune function and acts as a natural antihistamine. It is an antioxidant naturally found in fruits and vegetables. It also supports the antioxidant effects of vitamin C, so it is good to take them together. BrainMax Quercetin is extracted from the flowers of the Sophora japonica tree, which contains the highest levels of flavonoids in its flowers and buds with a maximum concentration of 96%. Natural antihistamine
Quercetin is known among allergy sufferers mainly for its immune-regulating abilities, as it stabilizes histamine-releasing mast cells, which are the main trigger of allergic reactions not only to pollen but also to other types of allergies, making it a natural antihistamine.
