Cafetto EVO sachets 12 × 5g
The Cafetto Evo cleaner provides a thorough clean for espresso coffee machines. It dissolves quickly. It effectively removes coffee oils, deposits and stains, improving the taste and aroma of your espresso. It is odourless, biodegradable and free from phosphates, chlorine and GMOs. It is also gentle on the internal components of the coffee machine. You can use the Cafetto Evo cleaner for daily maintenance and for cleaning group handles and filters. The pack contains 12 sachets for easy use and dosing.

Cleaning your lever coffee machine:
For daily cleaning, add 1 EVO sachet to the blind filter basket and insert it back into the group head. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 sachets. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner. Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds. Repeat the cycle 4 times – run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Remove any built-up residue from the blind basket and rinse it well under running water. Re-insert the group handle with the blind filter and run and stop the cycle 10 times – rinse for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds – to ensure a thorough rinse. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter. Brew and discard one espresso to make sure no cleaning agent remains.
Cleaning the group handle (portafilter):
Pour 2 sachets of the product into 500ml of water and leave the group handles to soak overnight. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
