Communication and connectivity during your ride
The Cardo FREECOM 4X intercom allows communication between two to four devices. The maximum range between two riders is up to 1.2 kilometres, and in a group of four riders, it can reach up to 3.6 kilometres. The Live Bluetooth feature automatically reconnects the connection when the signal is temporarily interrupted. You can connect a mobile phone, GPS navigation or music player to the intercom. The device can also be paired with intercoms from other manufacturers.
JBL sound and multimedia features
The Cardo FREECOM 4X intercom is equipped with 40mm JBL High-Definition headphones, which provide high-quality music reproduction and voice communication. The device allows for parallel mixing of music and intercom, so you can listen to music and communicate at the same time. There are three preset sound profiles for music and spoken word. Automatic volume control adjusts the volume according to ambient noise. The integrated FM radio supports RDS and offers memory for storing six stations.

The Cardo FREECOM 4X intercom offers up to 13 hours of talk time on a single charge. The fast charging feature gives you approximately 2 hours of talk time after 20 minutes of charging. A full charge takes approximately 1.5–2 hours and is done via the USB-C connector. Device updates can be carried out wirelessly via the Cardo Connect App thanks to Over-The-Air technology. The device is designed to withstand various weather conditions such as rain, sunshine, mud or snow.
