Dobrý den, zakoupený adaptér ChoeTech Thunderbolt 3 Type-C to Dual HDMI Adapter Black na notebooku MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) operační systém MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 zobrazuje pouze jeden monitor. Zkoušel jsem jiný výstup z počítače, variabilně prohodit HDMI výstupy, různé 4K HDMI kabely, ale bez úspěchu. Na stránkách Alza ani na stránkách výrobce není informace, že by zařízení potřebovalo ještě samostatný software, jako například podobné zařízení od iTech. Víte o nějakém postupu řešení, nebo máme zboží zaslat rovnou na reklamaci?
