KOBRA 245 TS C4 brings intuitive touch control and uncompromising performance
The KOBRA 245 TS C4 shredder takes control to a professional level with its innovative touch panel. Activate all functions by simply touching the screen, where backlit optical indicators constantly display the current status of the machine. It also features an Electronic Power Control (EPC) system that shows the current load and helps you optimise shredding for up to 23 sheets of paper at once without jamming. This model also handles transparent materials and credit cards, ensuring comprehensive document destruction.
Reliable P-4 security and data protection
Document security on the 245 TS C4 is ensured by cross-cut (confetti-cut) shredding, which meets security level DIN P-4. This level is ideal for disposing of internal office data, such as internal documents and sensitive information. The KOBRA 245 TS C4 shredder processes paper as well as transparent materials and credit cards. Operator safety comes first: gentle pressure on the safety element stops the paper feed immediately. The shredder also features an automatic start/stop system and light signals for a full bin or open door.
KOBRA 245 TS C4 is durable and efficient
At the heart of the machine are hardened carbon steel cutting blades designed for heavy loads and immune to staples. An oil indicator light warns the operator when the cutting blades need oiling. For shredders with automatic oiling, the light comes on when the oil reservoir is empty. The patented Energy Smart system ensures energy savings by automatically switching the machine into a power-saving standby mode after a few seconds of inactivity. For maximum efficiency, the KOBRA 245 TS C4 shredder automatically disconnects from the mains after prolonged inactivity to achieve zero energy consumption.
Robust construction and ergonomics
The 245 TS C4 model uses a highly durable chain drive with metal gears for maximum reliability. A 40L opening bin in a cabinet on castors provides operating comfort and easy handling. Operation is exceptionally quiet (under 51dB). In addition, the KOBRA 245 TS C4 shredder features an automatic reverse system in case of blockages. The robust design with compact dimensions makes it easy to integrate the machine into any office space.
