Don't need a ducted cooker hood? Use recirculation
If you don't have the option to duct the steam outside in your kitchen, simply use the recirculation function. In this case, you need to add a carbon filter after the grease filter to absorb odours. The air is cleaned and blown back into the room. The carbon filter must be replaced regularly, depending on how often the extractor is used.

Easy cleaning of the Concept OPK5160bc cooker hood's grease filter
The grease filter is used to trap greasy dust, and to ensure it serves you well, it requires regular inspection and maintenance. Simply remove it from the body of the Concept OPK5160bc extractor, place it in the dishwasher and run a programme with a lower temperature (avoid using aggressive detergents). If you do not have access to a dishwasher, soak the filters in warm, soapy water and then clean them with a brush.
