Highly effective recirculation on the Concept OPP2060bc cooker hood

If you don't have the option to vent steam outside, you'll certainly appreciate the practical recirculation function. With recirculation, in addition to the two grease filters, a carbon filter is added to perfectly absorb odours (must be purchased separately). During this process, the air is purified and blown back into the room. The carbon filter must be changed regularly, depending on how often you use the Concept OPP2060bc extractor.

Quick and easy maintenance of the Concept OPP2060bc cooker hood's grease filter

To protect your home from unpleasant greasy dust, you need to regularly clean the grease filter that captures these impurities. The grease filter from the Concept OPP2060bc extractor can simply be placed in the dishwasher on a standard programme and it will be like new again. If you don't have a dishwasher, just wash the filter in soapy water with a brush and then rinse under running water.

High-quality LED lighting

For sufficient illumination of the cooking surface, the Concept OPP2060bc cooker hood is also fitted with an extra-economical LED light, which consumes less electricity and has a significantly longer lifespan than traditional bulbs.

How to choose the right cooker hood for your home

Choosing the right extractor for your home is very important. The extractor's performance should be 7–10 times the volume of the room from which it will be extracting fumes. If your kitchen is connected to your living room, you need to include both rooms in the calculation. The placement of the cooker hood above the electric or gas hob is also important, of course. The extractor needs to be placed 65cm above an electric hob and 70cm above a gas hob. Don't forget the backdraught flap, which prevents cold air from entering from the outside. The flap also stops warm air from escaping the room.
