The box contains three all-metal whisks designed for different types of processing. The flexi beater with a rubber edge is perfect for fine creams, icings and fillings—it follows the walls of the bowl and catches every last bit of the mixture. The dough hook handles heavy leavened dough without much effort. The balloon whisk conjures up perfectly fluffy whipped cream, egg whites and mayonnaise. Thanks to the planetary system, each beater and hook not only rotates on its own axis but also moves around the entire bowl. The result is an even mixing of ingredients without a single lump.
