The Cricut Explore 5 is a next-generation 12" machine that precisely cuts more than 100 popular materials such as vinyl, iron-on film, cardboard and printables. It is built for detailed motifs and clean edges, and in addition to cutting, it can also write, draw, crease and foil (depending on the tool used). Works with up to six tools - for thicker materials such as foam or rubber, the Deep Cutting Tool (sold separately) can be used.
Creative possibilities with Design Space
You control Plotr via Design Space - a free app for mobile and desktop that guides you through the creation step by step. There are editable templates, simple workflows and an extensive library of content to help you manage projects without prior experience. In the free basic library you'll find thousands of themes and dozens of fonts for a quick start; additional content and selected features can be extended with a Cricut Access subscription. For full-colour stickers and motifs, you can also use the Print Then Cut function - you print the design on your home inkjet printer and the plotter then cuts it precisely.
Full range of accessories
The Essential Bundle contains everything you need to get started right away. The package includes a 12" x 12" LightGrip mat and a 13" x 16.25" Card Mat, Portable Trimmer, weeding hook (Weeder), Scraper and Spatula, tweezers, Micro-tip Scissors and a 12" paper ruler. Also included are popular materials for different types of projects: Smart Vinyl, Smart Iron-On, Transfer Tape, Printable Vinyl, Value Cardstock and 2 sets of Insert Cards. There are also accessories for the machine (USB cable, power adapter), material for the test cut and a trial Cricut Access for new subscribers.
