The Dahua H4I IP camera provides detailed surveillance of indoor spaces with a resolution of 2560×1440px and a horizontal viewing angle of 81°. This compact security device uses a high-resolution image sensor and a fixed lens with a focal length of 2.8mm to capture footage. For visibility in the dark, it uses classic infrared illumination with a range of up to 10m. Integrated algorithms recognise motion, people, and animals, instantly sending alerts to your mobile phone. The camera is powered from a 5V DC mains supply and its design allows for wall mounting.

High resolution and optics
The device uses a 1/3.2" CMOS image sensor that operates at a resolution of 2560×1440px at a frame rate of 15 frames per second. The fixed lens with a 2.8mm focal length and F2.0 aperture captures a wide field of view with a screen size angle of 95°. Modern H.265 compression technology significantly reduces storage requirements and saves bandwidth during data transfer. This provides you with smooth video footage with sharp details without overloading your network.
Night vision
Monitoring in low light conditions and complete darkness is handled by classic infrared illumination. This consists of one powerful infrared LED for night mode with a range of up to 10m. The system switches between day and night mode using a mechanical filter based on the current ambient light level. The black and white image remains clear and legible for precise identification of objects in the monitored area.
Smart detection and motion tracking
At the heart of the smart features is advanced person and animal detection, which significantly reduces the occurrence of false alarms. The integrated system automatically tracks moving targets across the entire monitored area. When unusual activity or an abnormal sound is detected, the camera immediately triggers an audible alarm and sends a notification to the user's mobile phone. This technology helps you maintain a constant overview of events in real time.
Two-way audio
The device includes an integrated microphone and speaker, which provide full two-way audio transmission. The two-way voice communication function lets you speak to people or pets near the camera directly through the mobile app. The built-in audio components are also used to detect abnormal sounds, such as crying or shouting, and trigger a local warning signal. This gives you not only a visual but also an audio overview of the monitored location.
Storage and construction
For local video storage, there is a MicroSD memory card slot that supports capacities up to 256GB. The motorised drive provides full-range rotation, panning horizontally up to 355° and tilting from -5° to 80° to cover the area without any blind spots. The camera is designed to operate in temperatures from -10°C to +45°C and is adapted for wall mounting. Power is supplied by the included 5V DC adapter for easy indoor installation.
Connectivity and application
Wireless network connection operates via modern Wi-Fi 6 technology in the 2.4GHz band, which shows high resistance to interference. An integrated Bluetooth interface is used for initial setup and quick pairing. Remote management, live streaming and direct reception of mobile notifications are handled by the DMSS app for iOS and Android operating systems. The user interface is available in Czech, Slovak and English.
