The round de Buyer mould with a firm base is ideal for making an original shape for a pie, cake or quiche. The mould evenly distributes heat and resists high temperatures. The non-stick surface allows easy removal of the body. The Teflon layer protects the steel against oxidation and makes cleaning easy. The mould can be used in traditional ovens (max. 220°C). It is not suitable for microwave ovens and washing by hand is recommended.
Tip: Grease the mould before using it. Do not use metal objects in the mould.
