Dynamic Stick blender Dynamix 190 V2
The Dynamix 190 V2 stick blender is multifunctional thanks to its interchangeable accessories - standard or emulsifying blades, whisk or emulsification discs, removable beaters, passer attachment / food mill, chopping container, measuring container with a capacity of 1 or 3 litres. Thanks to the versatility of the different blades, the blender blends, pulverizes, softens, homogenizes or emulsifies directly in the pot - ideal for delicious soups, cream soups and bread soups. Its knives allow the preparation of sauces, béchamel, mayonnaise, pancake batter, modified textured dishes, porridge, sorbets and ice creams, smoothie, milkshakes and juices, emulsions, creams (whipped, vegetable), compotes or fruit jams. The chopping bowl allows chopping vegetables (tapenade, guacamole, hummus), onions, herbs, garlic, parsley or meat and fish (terrines, fillings, granite). It is also used to grate parmesan cheese (parmesan biscuits), crushing of dry fruits, grinding (speculoos, breadcrumbs), mixing, homogenisation and kneading.

Maintenance and Care:
Clean the accessories by rinsing under running water. Clean the engine block with a sponge or slightly damp cloth. Never clean this appliance with a stream of water or in a dishwasher. To store the device, use the Dynamix holder (Ref. SM030).
