EATON UPS 9E 3000VA Tower
The worst thing that can happen to you when you work on a computer is a power outage a few seconds before you saved that important document. Your document has disappeared, and you have to start all over again. Repeats of such tragedies can be forestalled by the EATON UPS 9E 3000VA Tower replacement backup source. This hardware is practically a premium battery backup that powers all appliances needing electricity. The EATON UPS 9E 3000VA Tower backup power features the Online with double conversion design approach. Off-line is seen as the simplest form. The line interactive UPS enhances the simpler off-line version of data line surge suppression . The best system is the online double-conversion UPS, which provides power with zero transfer time to the battery, making it ideal for sensitive equipment.
EATON UPS 9E 3000VA Tower Backup Power Supply Key Features
- Type of backup power supply: Online with double conversion
- Actual performance: 2400 W
- At a 100% load, the UPC will work for 4,7 min
- 6 sockets (C13), as used for monitors, printers, or amplifiers
An important parameter is how long the UPS will function when the electricity is off. This depends on the power consumption of the connected appliances – for example, at half-load (50%), the backup time lasts much longer. The load of the backup source defines the operating time, which at full load (100%) is 4,7 min and at half-load, it's 13 min. It is therefore crucial to estimate the energy consumption of the connected appliances and ideally to add some spare power left. The EATON UPS 9E 3000VA Tower shows the apparent power as 3000, but realistically, the actual power usage is 2400 W.
