This ECG 2531 GISB microwave oven comes with a new generation of microwave heating which is called inverter heating. In contrast to the classic heating method, this technology is more sensitive to the food, so it does not lose its original flavours and is juiciness. How does it all work?

Food from the inverter microwave oven is not dried out at the top and cold at the bottom, as is often the case with food conventional microwaves. Even better results are achieved by placing a regular plastic cover over the food.
