The Elektrobock LM-218B gas detector is a reliable and self-contained device for the detection of carbon monoxide (CO) in residential areas, which complies with the current EN 50291-1:2018 standard. This model uses an advanced electrochemical sensor to detect the presence of hazardous CO concentrations, while also detecting lower gas concentrations, specifically as low as 25 ppm, if they last longer than 40 minutes. It warns of potential danger not only with a distinctive acoustic signal of more than 85 dB at a distance of one metre, but also with a multi-coloured LED signalling. The multi-function button makes it easy to test the device, mute the alarm or reset the recorded values. In addition to carbon monoxide alerts, the detector also informs about error conditions, low battery and approaching end of life.
