ELICA APLOMB BL/A/60
ELICA APLOMB is a chimney cooker hood designed by FABRIZIO CRISA for ELICA, which was set to be officially unveiled at EUROCUCINA 2020. ELICA APLOMB is a fully vertical cooker hood that offers an even larger surface area for capturing steam generated during cooking. ELICA APLOMB is made of high-quality tempered glass. The cooker hood delivers a high extraction rate from 275–495m³/h, and an impressive 680m³/h on the intensive setting, all with a low noise level of 51–71dB(A). It also conveniently signals when the grease and carbon filters need cleaning. The cooker hood is also equipped with a delay timer function – allowing it to switch off automatically. For recirculation mode, the cooker hood can be fitted with a LONG LIFE carbon filter. The LONG LIFE carbon filter is a highly effective odour filter capable of regenerating itself, lasting up to 3 years, whereas standard filters have an average lifespan of between 3 and 6 months. To maintain these properties, the filter only requires simple maintenance.

A cooker hood with modern design and powerful performance
In modern living spaces, the kitchen and living room are increasingly becoming one. Thanks to its compact, linear and elegant design, Aplomb integrates well into today's modern interiors without sacrificing high performance. The visual lightness of the Aplomb is designed to accommodate ELICA's Multi-d Capture technology, which captures cooking fumes from three sides (from below and from the sides). It offers an even larger extraction surface for top performance.
Easy maintenance and control
The flat shape of the front glass panel makes it very easy to clean. Aplomb has also been designed to make maintenance easy and safe: once the panel is open, you can directly access the inside of the hood without any obstruction, and the grease filters can be removed by simply sliding them out. Even the controls are intuitive and simple thanks to the new touch control panel, which features a delay timer function that lets you set the selected speed to switch off automatically after a preset time.
Filter maintenance:
The filter must be washed every 2 or 3 months with warm water and a mild soap solution (or in the dishwasher at 65°C) and dried in an oven for 10 minutes at 100°C.
