ELICA SHY-S BL/A/90

The ELICA SHY-S is a chimney cooker hood designed by ELICA designer FABRIZIO CRISA, which was due to be officially unveiled at EUROCUCINA 2020. It is made from high-quality tempered glass. The cooker hood offers powerful extraction from 275-495 m³/h, and an intensive mode of up to 650 m³/h, with a low noise level of 52–71 db(A). It also features an indicator to signal when the grease and carbon filters need cleaning. It has an automatic switch-off timer function. The cooker hood is equipped with 2× 1.5W LED lighting with a temperature of 3500K and comes with an ALU grease filter. For recirculation, the hood can be fitted with a LONG LIFE carbon filter. This is a highly efficient odour filter that can regenerate itself and lasts for up to 3 years, whereas standard filters have an average lifespan of between 3 and 6 months. The filter requires simple maintenance: every 2 or 3 months, it must be washed with warm water and a mild detergent (or in the dishwasher at 65 degrees Celsius) and dried in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
