English Tea Shop White Tea Advent Calendar
Would you like to enjoy a good cup of tea in the comfort of your own home? In that case, the English Tea Shop deserves your attention. Black tea was first mentioned in China at the end of the 16th century. The beginning of production is at the harvest of Chinese or Assam tea leaves. The next step is to wilt the tea leaves, which evaporates the excess water. Subsequently, they are scrolled. The final stage is the oxidation process, which gives the tea its final flavour, aroma and colour. Oxidation is stopped by rapid heating, e.g. pan-frying, steaming or baking. White teas are a highly prized species. China is the largest producer. Only a select few were allowed to drink it at the imperial court. Only young tea buds are collected, so harvesting is limited to early spring and only when the weather is favourable. This is what makes white tea so unique. The next step is to wilt the tea leaves, which evaporates the excess water. White tea also differs from other teas in that its leaves do not roll. After a short period of wilting, they are usually dried immediately at a low temperature. The delicate and slightly sweet taste is what everyone loves about white tea. The history of herbal tea goes back to time immemorial. Even our great-grandmothers knew what good nature offers us and how to use these gifts. Each herb is characterized by its original aroma and taste. Find the one that's right for you. It's loose, so you can determine the amount you want to infuse. This variety comes as a set of teas, in which the harmony of flavours and aromas is perfectly combined. It will quickly warm you up in the freezing cold. In the summer heat, you can cool down with ice-cold tea for a change. English Tea Shop tea is available in a 900 g pack.
