Image quality and ultra-short throw
The 3LCD technology displays rich colours with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The brightness in normal mode is 3500 ANSI lumens, dropping to 2900 ANSI lumens in eco mode – this level of performance maintains a bright image even in rooms that are not completely dark. As an ultra-short throw projector with a projection ratio of 0.28–0.37:1, it projects a 100" image from a distance of just 0.6 metres. The design effectively eliminates shadows and glare for the presenter. The image size is scalable from 60" to 100" and the manual keystone correction of ±3° on both axes lets you fine-tune the geometry.
Interactive tools and smart features
The projector runs on its own operating system and comes equipped with features for modern teaching. It supports the use of two interactive pens, which let a teacher and student write notes on the projection surface at the same time. The split-screen function displays content from two different sources at once, for example, a presentation and an image from a document camera. Screen mirroring from smart devices makes it easy to share content without cables. The built-in 16W speaker provides audio accompaniment in small to medium-sized classrooms.
Lamp life and operational efficiency
The light source is a lamp with a lifespan of 5000 hours in standard mode. Activating ECO mode not only reduces power consumption from 301W to 258W, but also extends the lamp life up to 10,000 hours. The reduced consumption is also accompanied by quieter operation. The fan noise drops from 35 dB(A) in normal mode to 30 dB(A) in eco mode. The quietest Eco2 mode reaches only 29 dB(A), supporting an undisturbed working environment during lessons or presentations.
Connectivity options
The connector equipment covers all common needs for connecting external devices. There are three HDMI inputs, one of which supports the MHL standard for connecting mobile phones and tablets. The projector also includes two VGA inputs, one VGA output, a composite input and a LAN port for network management. An RS-232C interface is used for integration into professional control systems. Wireless content sharing is provided by a WiFi 4 module, and there are also USB 2.0-A, USB 2.0 ports and a comprehensive set of audio connectors, including a microphone input.
