In addition to the performance and functionality of the Gratus Evo food processors, ETA pays close attention to their design. This model was brought to life by Czech designer Zdeněk Veverka, who has also designed some of ETA's blenders, irons, and the traditional Pečenka mini oven.
Large bowl for family baking
The 5.5-litre stainless steel bowl offers plenty of space for preparing even larger quantities of ingredients at once. With the ETA food processor, you can easily prepare up to 2.5kg of dough for homemade bread or enough icing for a large birthday cake. An integrated light is built into the body of the processor, shining directly into the bowl to give you a better view during the entire preparation process.

- Whipping – The whipping whisk has an extended working section to whip ingredients throughout the entire bowl. You can adjust the height of the attachment to whip even small quantities, such as a single egg white.
- Mixing – Use the Flexi beater to prepare creams, icings, and delicate batters. Its shape scrapes the sides of the bowl more effectively, ensuring all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Kneading – The dough hook makes preparing dough for bread, pizza, or sweet bread effortless.

Safety first
The ETA Gratus Evo Smart II is equipped with a swing-arm safety system that makes it easy to change whisks and the dough hook while also providing convenient handling thanks to a locking mechanism. The appliance is also protected by a safety feature that prevents it from starting accidentally in the tilted position, so the food processor will not turn on unless it is correctly set up for operation. In the event of excessive load, a thermal fuse activates to protect the motor from damage. Stability is also ensured by non-slip feet, which keep the processor firmly on the work surface, even at higher speeds.
