- The local memory card must be purchased separately. The cloud storage service is only available in certain markets. Please check availability before purchasing.
- EZVIZ Lab test data is based on standard conditions. The actual recognition rate may vary depending on environmental factors.
- HP7 Pro does not store original images of human faces or vein patterns on the palms of the hands. It only stores processed images locally on the device to support authorized unlocking at your request.
- The biological recognition technology in HP7 Pro works locally on the product. You control and manage it yourself and it is only there to support your unlocking decision.
- The data stored throughout the process always contains only a technical value, i.e. Biometric data obtained from templates that you have proactively provided in advance (e.g. facial images, palm vein template) and which cannot be used to reconstruct your original data.
- The optimal distance for scanning the veins on the palm of the hand ranges from 15 cm to 25 cm for adults, while the recommended distance for children is 10 cm. These distances may vary depending on environmental conditions, such as strong sunlight.
- 7 Please note that HP7 Pro only supports EZVIZ device management.
- Users can customize the ringtone sent by the internal display using the touch control or via the EZVIZ app. The outdoor doorbell offers only one default ringtone and cannot be customised.
- Data from EZVIZ Lab test results under standard conditions may vary depending on the frequency and complexity of activity captured and other environmental factors.
- Users can layout detected rectangles and customize up to 4 privacy zones.
