Fact rectal ointment 20 g
Factus is used for the local treatment of hemorrhoids. The ointment is intended for the treatment of external and internal hemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids, especially inflamed and bleeding ones, anal fissures, anal rugae, anal pruritus and eczema, if they arise on the basis of anorectal affections: treatment of wounds after proctological operations. Faktu is also used for rashes and itching in the rectal area and for superficial fissures in the anus.
Faktu's preparation stops bleeding, itching and burning in hemorrhoids and other difficulties in the rectal area. It prevents inflammation and promotes regeneration of the affected area. It causes local numbness, thereby reducing pain and itching in the rectal area. The fact is intended for adults.
Dosage and method of use
The ointment is applied 2 - 3 times a day on the affected areas, massaged in if possible. The usual treatment period is 2 - 3 weeks. It is injected into the rectum after the stool has been emptied. Use the included applicator to apply the ointment to the rectum. The applicator is screwed onto the tube and inserted into the anal opening.
The tube is then gently squeezed to allow the ointment to flow out through the side holes to the affected areas, and at the same time it is pulled out of the rectum. By gently rotating the tube, an even distribution of the ointment around the entire circumference of the anus can be achieved.
Contraindications
Do not use Faktu if you are allergic to polyresulene and cinchocaine or to any of the other ingredients in this product. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you think, that you might be pregnant, or you're planning to get pregnant, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, before using this product.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and inside packaging forEXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Store at temperatures up to 25°C, in the original packaging to protect the product from moisture.
Any fluctuations in the colour of the ointment (loose fat) and suppositories (lighter spots) are harmless and do not affect the effectiveness of the product. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
