Caffeine - anhydrous coffee bean extract speeds up information processing and increases attention and alertness.
L-Theanine - induces a sense of calm and focused attention.

Use:
3 capsules 20 min before the needed effect. It works up to 5 hours without subsequent drop. For proper dissolution and absorption, drink at least a glass of water.
Recommendation:
With daily use, the effect may decrease. For maximum effect again, take a break of 1 to 2 days after 5 days of use.
