Magnesium is the second most commonly deficient element in the body after vitamin D, so supplementation is often necessary. Improved unique combination of six forms of magnesium together with vitamin D in one capsule, effectively increases its absorption in the body, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, muscles and to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Each capsule contains 125 mg of elemental magnesium.

The most effective magnesium for body and mind

Solubility is a key property for proper absorption and use in the body. They are carefully selected forms that are well soluble. Each of the forms of magnesium contained in Mg 2.0 is absorbed in a different location and partly by a different mechanism, ensuring better overall absorption. Magnesium absorption is also supported by vitamin D3. Taurate and magnesium glycinate penetrate the brain very well. Magnesium malate and citrate are the forms best utilized for muscles and their proper function.

Active ingredients:

Magnesium bisglycinate (900 mg) - a highly absorbable chelated form of magnesium with the amino acid glycine. For the nervous system.

Magnesium taurate (300 mg) - magnesium combined with the amino acid taurine ensures very good absorption and long-lasting effect.

Magnesium malate (300 mg) - the magnesium salt of malic acid is gentle on digestion and has very good permeability to muscles.

Use:

Take 1 - 3 capsules with a meal each morning or as needed. For proper dissolution and absorption, drink at least a glass of water.
