How to survive after a nuclear accident
Atomfall Xbox Series X's thrilling survival action game draws inspiration from real historical events, specifically the 1957 Windscale nuclear disaster in northern England. The story of the game takes place five years after the disaster, when the world faces the consequences of a nuclear accident, and you find yourself in a fictional quarantine zone, where survival and secrets must be uncovered, behind the events, that changed the entire region.
In the English countryside
You will have the opportunity to explore the English countryside, which is now full of bizarre characters, strange mysticism, dark cults and malevolent government agencies. The cities are deserted, the countryside devastated and a constant tension hangs in the air. Your job will be to clean up, collect materials, make tools, barter with survivors and fight dangerous creatures and organizations that try to take advantage of the situation.
What caused the crash?
Atomfall Xbox Series X from Rebellion, known for titles like Sniper Elite and Zombie Army, focuses on solving the mystery surrounding the crash and its aftermath. You'll have to explore the world, untangle intricate stories and decide who to trust to uncover the truth about what really happened in Windscale and what's hiding in the quarantine zone. To do this you will need not only your fighting skills, but also your keen judgement and skill in navigating between dangerous circumstances.
DYNAMICS
Each player will experience the story according to their own choices
Every step you take in Atomfall Xbox Series X contributes to unraveling the intricate tapestry of intertwined stories. Your decision, whether during the survey, investigation, conversations or in combat situations will have long-term consequences, that can affect more than just the plot, but also the relationships with the other characters and the story's denouement. The dynamic creates a unique experience where there is not just one right way to experience the story.
ENVIRONMENT
Explore the green earth in Atomfall Xbox Series X
Although the picturesque British countryside looks idyllic at first glance, with its rolling green hills, lush valleys and peaceful villages, there are dangers lurking at every turn. In this environment you will have to learn to distinguish between what seems safe and what is actually dangerous. You'll encounter ruins controlled by mysterious cults, natural caves, nuclear bunkers and other unsettling locations.
RESOURCES
Create weapons and supplies
In Atomfall Xbox Series X, you'll face an unforgiving world where survival depends on your ability to gather supplies, create weapons and craft items to help you in your daily battle for life. Resources are scarce, and every decision you make will have a major impact on your chances of survival. As you explore the ruined world, you'll come across places full of weapons, food, crafting materials and other important items that you'll need to use effectively. The fight for survival will never be easy, and every step you take can mean the difference between life and death.
BOJ
Use every weapon to fight
Atomfall Xbox Series X puts you in intense conflicts where every decision and action can have fatal consequences. With limited weapons and ammunition, you'll need to use your agility and shooting skills to survive. Each frenetic battle will require strategic thinking, as bullets are scarce and you'll have to balance between offense and defense. During these tense moments it is crucial to stay calm, regulate your heart rate and focus on the goal. In the last resort, even simple objects like a cricket bat become your invaluable tool to strike the killing blow and win this battle for survival.
