Dobrý den zakoupil jsem ve vašem e-shopu tento ovladač spolu ještě s jedním. Objednávka byla vytvořena 15. 2.2020. Zboží přišlo a u tohoto ovladače nefungují některá tlačítka. Jak mám postupovat s reklamací, když jsem od vás neobdržel, žádný potvrzovací email ani sms na objednané zboží. Takže nevím číslo objednávky a ani mi nepřišla žádná faktura. Děkuji předem za odpověď.
