The purchased product key must be activated in the PS Store, located on the left side of the main Menu screen
1) Launch PS Store app from the main menu.
2) Select "Redeem Codes".
3) Enter the 12-digit code (don't worry about the hyphens) - once the code has been entered correctly, select "Done" and then "Continue" on the dialog box.
4) Select "Confirm" to complete the code redemption.
5) Press the "Download" button to download your new content.
6) You can leave the PS Store now. The downloaded item will be automatically added to your "Library".

Dobrý den, koupil jsem na Alze před pár dny tuto hru pro PS4. Nebylo tam CD, OK přehlédl jsem. Byl tam kód, ale prostě ten nedokážu zadat. Někde po brutálně ( pro mne - nejsem profesor IT ) náročné práci jsem se dostal někde, na redeem, kde bych mohl ten kod zadat, ale já mám 12timístný a tady chtějí 20timístný. Poradíte mi s tím? Je tam sice nějaký anglický návod, jehož písmena jsou velikosti totalmikro, ale ten mi nepomůže. Děkuji za info.

Dobrý den, vůbec se ve hrách nevyznám, takže můj dotaz bude asi hloupý. Syn by chtěl hrát Fortnite na konzoly PS5 s mechanikou (která by nám měla dorazit v prosinci). Toto je kompletní hra nebo jen nějaký doplněk? resp. co musíme udělat, aby tuto hru mohl hrát? Předem díky za info
