A food supplement containing live bacterial cultures of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, fructooligosaccharides, and vitamin B6.
Probicus Premium: Restore your gut's natural balance
- Probicus Premium contains a balanced combination of 5 mutually compatible strains of live, freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria from the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genera, supplemented with fructooligosaccharides and vitamin B6.
- Lactic acid bacteria are naturally found in the gut and are known as the gut microflora. These bacteria play a significant role in many of our body's functions.
- They enter the body at birth (colonising the gut), and their quantity and type depend on several factors: birth (natural birth / caesarean section), breastfeeding / formula feeding, age, genetics, immune system status, hygiene, nutrition, exercise, and stress.
- It's important to realise that these bacteria do not persist in our body from birth to death, and the body cannot produce them on its own, so they need to be regularly replenished through diet.

Bulking agent: potato starch; complex of live bacterial cultures (contains milk and soya components), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), fructooligosaccharides, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Recommended dosage
1 to 2 capsules daily immediately after a meal, with water.
The product is suitable for use during and after taking antibiotics:
Always take 2 to 4 hours after taking the antibiotic. Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after finishing the course of antibiotics.
The product is also suitable when travelling abroad:
Start taking 1 capsule daily two days before your planned trip and continue for two days after your return.
Probicus Premium capsules can also be taken during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Warning
Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not use the product after the best before date shown on the packaging! A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important factors for your health.
Storage
The product must be stored out of the reach of small children, at a temperature below 25°C in a dry and dark place.
