The 5+3 phase digital power cascade with Low RDS(on) MOSFETs delivers clean and stable power to the processor. The main PCIe x16 slot, designed for the graphics card, operates in this mode, doubling the theoretical throughput compared to the previous generation. One of the two M.2 slots also supports PCIe 4.0, reducing loading times for compatible NVMe SSDs. RGB FUSION 2.0 technology lets you customise your build's appearance. The board is equipped with headers for both standard 12V RGB and digitally addressable 5V ARGB LED strips, providing extensive options for lighting personalisation.
Fast storage and cooling
Two M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs provide fast storage connectivity. The first slot is connected directly to the CPU and supports the PCIe 4.0 x4 standard, while the second slot communicates via the chipset and operates in PCIe 3.0 x2 mode. In addition to the M.2 connectors, the board also includes four SATA III ports for connecting hard drives or SSDs. This combination supports AMD StoreMI technology, which intelligently combines the speed of an SSD with the capacity of an HDD. The Smart Fan 5 system manages the cooling of the entire build. It uses five temperature sensors and three hybrid fan headers that automatically detect the type of connected device, whether it's a fan or a water-cooling pump. The FAN STOP function can completely turn off the fans if the temperature drops below a set threshold.
