Active ingredients:
Nutmeg essential oil – relieves pain and cramps (menstrual and muscular), stimulates creative thinking and creativity
Ginger essential oil – promotes optimal blood circulation in the skin, prevents excessive sweating, strengthens inner strength, motivation, and willpower 
Cinnamon bark essential oil – effectively fights fungi and yeasts causing fungal foot and nail infections, helps release inner blocks, and acts as a natural aphrodisiac
Clove essential oil – relieves aching muscles after excessive physical exertion, induces feelings of contentment and security

Directions for use:
Add at least 3 tablespoons of salt to your bath, light some candles, and allow yourself to relax for 15 minutes. To complete your bath ritual, use a natural sea sponge or an exfoliating hemp mitt to remove any remaining salt from your skin. Use a drain strainer when draining the water to prevent the spice pieces from clogging the drain.
