GREEN IDEA Iron - vitamin complex
Food supplement GREEN IDEA Iron Biologically active contains a vitamin complex, which is a source of iron and other vitamins (vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 and C). This vitamin complex is used to replenish iron and other important vitamins. Supplementation of these nutrients is important, e.g. for vegans, vegetarians, athletes, but also for other groups of people according to their individual needs.

What does RHP mean?
The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)
Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day. The contents of the capsule can be poured out and mixed into food or drink.
Storage
Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
Notice
