A highly usable natural form of vitamin E. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. Each capsule contains the maximum recommended dose of Vitamin E. There are eight known types of vitamin E and its most active form is alpha-tocopherol. Vitamin E can be recommended to anyone focused on preventing the signs of aging. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The activity of vitamin E is increased by the simultaneous action of selenium. Recommended daily dose:

Ingredients:
Rice flour, plant capsule of hypromellose (HPMC), Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, source Soy), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
