HAIER HCE321C also works in an unheated room
You can safely place the chest freezer in a garage, cellar, or other unheated room. The HAIER HCE321C will operate even in rooms with an ambient temperature down to -15°C. This means you can place the freezer almost anywhere you need it.
Manual defrosting
The freezer is defrosted manually. Before defrosting, disconnect the freezer from the power supply and remove the food and the two storage baskets. The frost inside will melt naturally; wipe the water away after defrosting with a dry, soft cloth. An ice scraper can be used on the melting frost to speed up the defrosting process. Before defrosting, remove the food and store it in a cool place.
Clear organisation of the interior space
The freezer comes with two hanging baskets that help keep the freezer compartment tidy. They are ideal for storing smaller food items, such as ice lollies or portions of meat. The galvanised aluminium interior surface is easy to clean and ensures a long lifespan.
Extra long storage time – up to 50 hours
In the event of a power cut, your food remains safely frozen for up to 50 hours. This gives you plenty of time to move your supplies or wait for the power to be restored without any loss of food quality.
